about me

I felt an undeniable pull—a calling to hold healing spaces for individual transformation.
My journey into healing began unexpectedly at university, when a health scare forced me to confront my well-being in a way I never had before. That moment cracked something open in me—a deep curiosity about mental and emotional healing.
One of the most pivotal shifts happened when I gathered the courage to have an honest conversation with my mother about my mental health. I was anxious, uncertain, and afraid of how it might be received, but that conversation changed everything.
It awakened a quiet knowing within me: that healing begins with truth, and truth needs a safe space.
Since then, the desire to support others in finding that space has grown steadily. I followed the nudge I felt, and in doing so, answered the call to become a healing practitioner.
"A lot may be happening around you. But I would like you to notice what is happening in your heart space. How does your heart feel?" Wairimu
Over the years, this calling has taken many forms—community work, breathwork, art, and movement.
Each practice became a bridge, leading me closer to understanding the language of the body, the wisdom it holds, and the healing it craves.
In 2020, my purpose in healing work became undeniable. I immersed myself in learning about trauma and its impact on the brain, understanding how experiences shape us beyond what we consciously perceive.
Then, in January 2025, I took a deeper step, I began my Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) training, learning how to support the nervous system in profound ways. This journey has allowed me to explore the body’s natural ability to process, restore, and heal, guiding me toward deeper practices that help individuals reclaim their energy and well-being.
Through my ongoing training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I continue to deepen my understanding of how our bodies store stories long after words fade.

My deepest hope is to walk alongside you as you heal—offering support, presence, and tools to help you come home to yourself.
